This card is yours to keep, and the program keeps your answers too, as material for understanding where small businesses actually lose time — stored on our own NestPilot system, nowhere else. No name, business name, or contact is asked for anywhere on it, and unless a registration code is entered it carries no code at all: nothing on it links back to you unless you choose the separate contact step at the end. None of this is ever published and none of it enters any public record. Your industry and size band, workflow name and class, time band, and chosen next step are also counted as one comparable summary line.

What never goes on a card

Write nothing you would not show a stranger. No client or customer names, no employee names, no account numbers or dollar amounts, no credentials, no confidential specifics. Describe the work, not the people it is about.
