Per-seat pricing, billed annually via custom invoice. Volume discounts kick in at 100 and 250 seats. All packages include the AI Deep Insights report; higher packages add cadence and dedicated support.

How this differs from the NestPilot Foundation Community Sponsor program
NestPilot LLC and NestPilot Foundation (501(c)(3)) are separate entities running parallel programs that serve community organizations differently. Many HOAs use both.
Foundation Community Sponsor (this is NOT that)
A 501(c)(3) donor-recognition program at www.nestpilot.org/sponsor. Tax-deductible. Funds free community seminars, branded community-wellness materials, and the 500-household research study. Foundation tools (free calculators, IRMAA tables, Medicare deadlines, SS claiming) remain free for everyone — sponsored or not.
LLC Community Membership (this page)
A commercial subscription that gives your members access to LLC Pro features they don't get elsewhere — annual AI Deep Insights, premium calculators, white-label hub. Comes from your operational / member-benefits budget. Not tax-deductible. Sold by NestPilot LLC.
The two programs are independent. Donating to the Foundation does not unlock LLC features; purchasing an LLC Community Membership does not include a Foundation donation. An organization may pursue both — or neither — based on its budget and priorities.

The features below are in development and will be added to existing tiers as they ship. Sponsoring orgs that purchase v1 today are grandfathered into v2 features at no additional cost.

Multi-account variance flagging — surface members whose asset-class drift exceeds 10% from target, so the community can prompt timely rebalances.

For Pro+ tiers, an LLC-vetted fee-only fiduciary pool with capacity-based matching — so members who want a paid advisor can be matched to one whose fee structure fits.
