NESTPILOT LLC builds "Your Decision Copilot" — a math-backed, transparent retirement-decision platform serving paying consumers, CPA-firm pilots, and RIA / advisor partnerships.

What we build

A retirement-decision platform with three audiences:

  • Pre-retirees who want to verify the math behind Medicare timing, Social Security claiming, IRMAA, Roth conversions, and tax-efficient withdrawal sequencing — with no commercial agenda.
  • CPA firms extending tax-prep practice into retirement planning via CPA Bridge — sanitized handoff from the CPA's tax workflow into a client-facing planning workspace.
  • RIAs and advisors using multiplayer mode to collaborate transparently with their clients — making the advisor more trustworthy, not less.

How we make money

NestPilot LLC monetizes the software, not your decisions. We don't sell financial products. No commissions, no AUM fees, no referral spreads. Revenue comes from:

  • Subscription tiers (Free / Personal Pro / Family) for direct consumers
  • Pro Advisor partnerships (named-pilot only — not self-serve)
  • CPA Bridge pilots for tax-prep firms

The Foundation/LLC tandem

NESTPILOT LLC operates alongside NestPilot Foundation (501(c)(3)). The two entities have separate governance, separate finances, and a documented IP boundary:

  • NestPilot LLC owns the proprietary planning software, advisor / CPA features, and commercial revenue paths (this site).
  • NestPilot Foundation licenses the core retirement-planning logic royalty-free for non-commercial educational use, and operates the free public tools, community seminars, and 500-household research study at nestpilot.org.

This tandem structure satisfies grant requirements for nonprofit operation while keeping enterprise-grade planning available to paying customers and B2B partners.

What NestPilot is not

  • Not investment advice. Not a portfolio manager, robo-advisor, or security-selection tool. No "should I buy this fund" answers.
  • Not a lead-gen funnel. Not a front end for insurance, annuity, or product sales.
  • Not self-serve B2B SaaS. White-label and professional features exist through named-pilot partnerships, not self-serve advisor onboarding.
