This marketing website (https://www.nestpilot.net): is statically deployed via Azure Static Web Apps. We do not run analytics tracking on this marketing site in Wave 1. No cookies are set by this site beyond what Azure SWA may set for routing.

The authenticated planning workspace (https://app.nestpilot.net): has its own privacy controls presented at sign-up. The workspace is operated under NestPilot Foundation (501(c)(3)) tenant routing today; LLC tenant routing arrives once app.nestpilot.net is provisioned (see ADR-0046).
